Your time slot is reserved immediately, so another job can’t bump you off the calendar.
It helps pay for advance tasks like travel planning, gear checks, and location research that happen before the first photo is taken.
A deposit shows we’re both invested in the project, protecting your date while allowing me to decline overlapping requests.
Items marked “Deposit” indicate that the property falls outside my standard package options (usually more than 3,500sqft or 500 acres). The listed amount is an upfront retainer—typically equal to the price of the nearest package tier. The rest will be available to pay in a link with a preview of your photos.
Currently, depositing for properties over 3,500sqft is required. I am working on a system to replace this, but for now depositing ensures both parties security in an order.
When your photos appear in the client portal, they are watermarked and the download option is locked. Click the “Pay Balance” button, follow the checkout prompts, and once the payment processes the watermark disappears and full-resolution downloads unlock.
